Trisha Torborg
Trisha TorborgCosmetic Nurse Injector and Practice Manager
Trisha Torborg wears many hats at Solara Skin and Laser Center, serving as both a skilled Nurse Injector and dedicated Practice Manager. With nearly a decade of experience at the clinic, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people achieve their beauty and aesthetic goals.

Trisha is driven by her desire to empower individuals to look and feel their best. She’s an artist at heart, fascinated by the science behind enhancing natural features. Building strong relationships with her patients is a core value, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

Trisha stays at the forefront of her field by continuously participating in advanced training programs. Her areas of expertise include Dysport/Botox injections, Radio Frequency Microneedling, Sculptra treatments, and facial fillers for enhancing features and achieving facial balancing.

Whether you visit her at the main Anchorage location or take advantage of her availability in the Valley, Trisha aims to facilitate your journey towards enhanced radiance and confidence. She believes that aesthetic enhancements contribute to overall well-being, and she’s here to guide you every step of the way.

In her free time, Trisha enjoys an active lifestyle, spending quality time with family outdoors while boating, hiking, and exploring the beauty of Alaska.

Dr. Leslie Gonsette, MD
Dr. Leslie Gonsette, MDMedical Director
Leslie is our medical director and is board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics. She ensures quality, develops and implements policies / procedures and provides performance-improvement guidance and support. Since 2013, she has been performing medical aesthetics including the administration of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and platelet rich plasma treatments. Outside of the office, Dr. Gonsette works as a hospitalist in Anchorage and enjoys outdoor activities and travels with her husband and two daughters.
Brittany Konstantynowicz
Brittany KonstantynowiczMedical Receptionist
Brittany is a Medical receptionist here at Solara. She is known to speak with a smile and is always prepared to answer questions, and provide feedback for services of interest. Her enthusiasm, energy, and attention to detail allow her to appeal and understand each individual’s needs. She helps assist the providers with various services and provides knowledge and education to all of our inquiring clients. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and reading books.
Britni Bolton
Britni BoltonMedical Assistant / Receptionist
Britni is our Medical Assistant and receptionist here at Solara. You will find her helping our providers during treatments, treating clients in the Coolsculpting room, as well as assisting our providers with in office phlebotomy for our PRP procedures. She also helps with scheduling clients and providing product and service knowledge to our customers. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to warmer weather and spending time with family. Britni has a passion for helping people and is committed to excellent client service.
Haley Spano
Haley SpanoMedical Esthetician and Laser Technician
Haley is a Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician here at Solara. She performs a multitude of aesthetic services including facials, peels, waxing, threading, and laser treatments such as hair removal and tattoo removal. She is trained and certified to help our client’s embrace their appearance, feel more confident, and rediscover their inner beauty. Outside of the office, Haley enjoys long walks around Kincaid with her dog, Khaleesi, and enjoys trying new restaurants around town.
Karen Friedl, ANP
Karen Friedl, ANP
Karen, who has been an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for 10 years has an eye for detail and individualized care. She enjoys creating a fresh look with a combination of Botox and Fillers using evidence based methodology with an artistic flare. When not at work, Karen enjoys biking, skiing, kiteboarding, and cooking.
Tara Wood, PA-C
Tara Wood, PA-C
Tara has been working in Anchorage as a family practice Physician Assistant since 2017. She was first introduced to injecting Botox while treating patients who suffered from chronic migraines. As she learned more about cosmetic injections she developed a passion for this and pursued training in several advanced level techniques. Tara especially enjoys connecting with her clients and takes the time to listen and understand their aesthetic goals. Your satisfaction is her top priority. While she is proficient in injecting Botox, Juvederm dermal filler, and Kybella, she particularly enjoys correcting lip lines and augmenting the chin and jawline for greater definition. When not in the office Tara enjoys exploring Alaska, hiking and paddle boarding with her kids and dogs.
